What we are looking for
•    Minimum of 3 years of experience in COBOL development within complex or enterprise environments;
•    Solid experience (2+ years) in API development and system integrations;
•    Strong hands-on experience with JCL and DB2;
•    Good understanding of batch processing environments and mainframe systems;
•    Experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Java or Python) for integration layers and APIs;
•    Knowledge of microservices-based architectures and modern integration patterns;
•    Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments;
•    Experience in requirements analysis and translating business needs into technical solutions;
•    Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills;
•    Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and take ownership of tasks;
•    Strong time management and prioritization skills in a structured environment;
•    Excellent communication skills and team spirit;
•    Client-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering reliable solutions Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
•    Good command of English (spoken and written).

•    Develop and maintain COBOL applications within core banking systems;
•    Contribute to the evolution and modernization of legacy systems supporting critical business processes;
•    Design, develop, and support API integrations between mainframe and modern systems;
•    Work with JCL and DB2 in batch processing environments;
•    Ensure stability, performance, and reliability of large-scale batch jobs;
•    Collaborate with technical and functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions;
•    Support continuous improvement and system enhancement initiatives.
