Business Analyst - AI Sales Solution (f/m/div.)

• Take ownership of specific work packages and project modules within our AI sales initiatives.
• Support the team lead in the conception, development, and global rollout of our AI solutions for sales representatives worldwide.
• Assist in translating sales domain needs and pain points into clear, actionable requirements for the technical/development teams.
• Help bridge the gap between complex sales business processes and ever-changing AI technologies.
• Support global rollout activities by preparing materials, gathering user feedback, identifying best practices, and tracking user adoption.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for specific project topics, ensuring tasks are driven forward effectively.

• Solid understanding of the Sales domain, sales business processes, and the overall Sales IT Landscape.
• Technical affinity with a clear understanding of how AI agents work and their practical applications.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to take ownership of delegated work packages and drive them to completion.
• Strong communication skills to effectively translate between technical AI teams and non-technical sales reps.
• Proactive, supportive, and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a rapidly changing technological environment.
• Empathetic approach to understanding the daily hurdles of a sales representative.
• Fluent in English (working in an international, cross-functional team).
