Local: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Mind Source is strengthening its Infrastructure Team by recruiting an Backup & Data Protection Specialist.

Profile:

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, with Linux knowledge considered a plus.
• Manage and support virtualized infrastructures, including VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Administer and maintain Veeam Backup & Replication and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.
• Design, manage, and optimize backup, retention, immutability, and recovery policies.
• Investigate and resolve backup, restore, and data recovery incidents.
• Contribute to the implementation and support of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity strategies.
• Administer core Microsoft infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Systems Administration within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Veeam is mandatory.
• Proven experience with VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft systems and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of backup, data protection, retention, and recovery concepts.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic enterprise IT environments.
