Must-Have:

• Proven experience as an Agentic Architect, AI Architect, or Solution Architect designing AI-driven automation solutions
• Strong experience designing multi-agent systems and Agentic AI architectures
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar
• Solid knowledge of Agentic RAG, Knowledge Graphs, and persistent memory architectures
• Experience modeling business processes and translating functional requirements into agent-based solutions
• Experience designing AI automation across modern SDLC processes (Agile, CI/CD, testing, code review)
• Proficiency in Python and experience developing AI agents and prototypes
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent cloud AI platforms
• Strong understanding of AI governance, quality assurance, observability, and Human-in-the-Loop concepts
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)

Would be great if you have:

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool-based integrations
• Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture and agent-to-agent (A2A) communication patterns
• Experience in legacy system modernization (e.g., COBOL, Java, AngularJS) using AI
• Familiarity with financial services or telecommunications business domains
• Knowledge of LLM evaluation frameworks (LLM-as-a-judge, automated benchmarks)
• Process-oriented mindset with ability to break down complex workflows into actionable components
• Strong collaboration skills across technical teams and business stakeholders
• Ability to define success metrics and measurable outcomes before solution design
• Experience facilitating workshops and working in Agile delivery environments
