Your contribution to something big:
- Learn and support the correct and complete execution of VM (Vehicle Motion) - relevant controls in accordance with central directives and standard work instructions.
- Support the other colleagues at the department in analyzing deviations and defining adequate measures.
- Contribute to the documentation of controls, identified deviations, and measures in the designated IT application.
- Support the follow-up of measures and the evaluation of their implementation and effectiveness.
- Participate in continuous improvement and digitization initiatives within the ICS (Internal Control System) environment. E.g. support the automatation of the controls by developping a BOT.
- Contribute to the analysis and visualization of ICS data using digital tools (e.g. Power BI dashboards, SQL queries, Python scripts).
- Support the VM ICS (Vehicle Motion Internal Control System) Manager in governance topics, such as
- Monitoring activities and reporting
- Identification of risks not covered by centrally defined controls
- Assistance in root cause analysis and definition of corrective/preventive measures in case of deviations
- Contribution to the maintenance of ICS knowledge platforms (e.g., Docupedia)
- Execute additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
What distinguishes you:
- Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Interest in risk management, internal controls, and governance topic.
- First experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL); knowledge of Python is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Analytical and structured working style with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability, proactive attitude, and openness to learning.
- Good English skills in speaking and writing; German knowledge is a plus.
Additional note: Attendance at a higher education institution is required.
